CleanCol provide you with floor stripping and waxing services to completely restore your floors and boost the overall appearance of your property. Our professional cleaners will make sure your floors are thoroughly cleaned of existing dirt and are protected from further damage.We work hard to make sure that our clients’ floors are given the treatment they deserve: 1. We’ll remove the top coating of wax along with years of dirt and grime, Afterwards the floor is completely exposed like the day it was newly installed. 2. Once the floor is stripped, we proceed to apply a high-quality sealer and then buff it to produce a bright shine. Our sealer will help extend the floors lifespan along with reducing marks and scratches. 3. ​The final touch is applying multiple layers of even high strength wax. It will protect the floor throughout the seasons and shine like new. Supplies, equipment and supervision included! - Special offerts if you require the service spring and fall. *Marmoleum and linoleum strip and wax .79cent per sqf, up to 4 coats of wax, including the sealant. *Minimum time: 3.5 hours x 2 professionals = 7 hours. **Additional hour: $50.00 per professional + GSP.
